Course Refund Eligibility

We understand that financial modeling education is a significant investment. That's why we've designed our refund policy to protect both our students and the quality of our programs.

Full Refund Period

Complete refund available within 14 days of course purchase, regardless of content accessed. No questions asked during this cooling-off period.

Partial Refund Period

Prorated refunds available up to 30 days after enrollment, minus any completed module costs and administrative fees.

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, job loss, or other qualifying hardships may extend refund eligibility. Documentation required for review.

Important Note About Course Access

Once you've completed more than 40% of any course module, that portion becomes non-refundable. This policy ensures our instructors are fairly compensated while protecting your investment in early stages.

Refund Process Timeline

We've streamlined our refund process to be as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:

  • Submit Request

    Email us at contact@noralavo.com with your enrollment details and reason for refund. We typically respond within 24 hours during business days.

  • Review Process

    Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days, checking course progress and eligibility criteria. You'll receive an email confirmation once reviewed.

  • Approval & Processing

    Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The money returns to your original payment method automatically.

  • Confirmation

    You'll receive final confirmation once the refund appears in your account. Bank processing times vary but typically take 3-5 additional days.

Peak refund periods (like January and September) might add 1-2 extra days to processing times, but we always keep you informed of any delays.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refund processing varies depending on how you originally paid for your course:

Credit & Debit Cards

Fastest processing option. Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days once we process them. Visa and Mastercard are usually quickest.

PayPal & Digital Wallets

Usually processed within 24 hours on our end, then 1-3 days for the funds to appear in your digital wallet balance.

Bank Transfers

Longest processing time at 7-10 business days. We'll need your bank details again to ensure the refund goes to the correct account.

We cannot process refunds to different payment methods than originally used – this is for security reasons and fraud prevention.

Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

While we aim to be flexible, certain items cannot be refunded due to their nature or industry regulations:

Digital Downloads & Materials

Excel templates, PDF guides, and downloadable resources become non-refundable once accessed. We track downloads to ensure fair usage of our intellectual property.

Certification exam fees are separate from course fees and follow different refund rules. You can reschedule exams up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, but refunds are only available with medical documentation.

Group corporate training sessions require 30 days notice for cancellations. Refund amounts depend on how much preparation work our instructors have already completed for your specific company needs.

One-on-one mentoring sessions can be rescheduled but aren't refundable once the session begins. We understand schedules change, so we offer reasonable flexibility for rescheduling.

Technical Issues & Course Quality

Sometimes things go wrong technically, and we want to make sure you're never penalized for issues beyond your control:

Platform Problems

If our learning platform experiences extended downtime affecting your studies, you may be eligible for partial refunds or course extensions.

Content Quality Issues

Outdated information, broken links, or missing course materials that significantly impact learning may qualify for partial refunds.

We always try to fix technical issues before considering refunds. Most problems can be resolved within 24-48 hours, and we'll extend your course access time to compensate for any lost study time.

Quality Guarantee

If you're genuinely unsatisfied with course quality within the first 30 days, we'll work with you to either improve your experience or process an appropriate refund. Your success matters to us.
